Connect on a deeper level!
What would it be like to have a companion to be with you at the threshold of something new? Beyond a coach or accountability partner, a therapist or consultant, I support you bringing your Source into co-creation.
I am ready to listen and be with you. I walk with you into the sacred fire of transformation.
I’m an Interfaith Chaplain, Spiritual Companion and Grief Educator.
When I was called to ministry as a Roman Catholic teenager, the path was not at all clear. I like to say it was like there was no room for me at the inn.
So I left established religion to embark on a long walk through various practices, faiths and cultural traditions, even exploring, several times, the dark nights of the soul. I've walked through losses of all kinds, loves, death, health, complex family and community issues. I walked through the joys too - relationships, rewarding work, travel, initiations.
One day, in the midst of pain and breakdown of my body and spirit, I found chaplaincy - ministry for those in transition, I knew instantly that I had found the answer to my calling. Now I share that sense of knowing, that sense of true, fierce and loving awaking, with you.
You have everything you already need. You have the power inside you and by connecting to and expanding the Sources of your capacity, you can be and do so very much.
I believe that all of the faith, religious and cultural traditions have at their core trust, love, compassion, gratitude, nature, the body, and belonging. Working with these energies, co-creating with this power, is what you and our collective future depends upon, In fact, it is what you are called to do.
I believe we are meant to do this work together to bring your dreams alive, and to bring our world to its fullest potential. The time is now for you. Let's go!
It is helpful to be with a Guide at times of transition and transformation. This could be with great achievements as well as, before, or long after an experience of loss.
When we work together on Spiritual Development we come into Presence - the sacred companioning. When we journey into the Heart of a Threshold, we discover the source of Meaning. Preparation and Integration of these Transcendent Milestones and Passages are key to human growth, no matter what the path!
Private sessions are the basis for ongoing Spiritual Direction, Grief Recovery Support, and Integration of transitions, entheogens, and gifts. These sessions also serve as the container to create supportive rituals and to co-design ceremonies like Weddings, Celebrations of Life, and Land Dedications. We could be one on one, or in a group. We could be in person, or online - phone or Zoom.
Depending on your needs, we co-design our work together based on your preferences. We tap into the wisdom from across centuries of spiritual care and guidance while companioning seekers of all traditions.
You are now part of our community of practitioners, thought leaders, seekers, ancestors, leaders, grievers, artists, teachers, scholars, and playful joyful spirits! You are not alone as you step into deeper knowing and transformation! Because of our shared collective wisdom and a stance of kindness, curiosity and awe, we can go anywhere and do anything.
We have conversations that matter about this walk towards fulfilling our purpose in this life, and creating a legacy of love and generatively that transcends time.
Join us for this kind of innovative belonging!

In 2012 I became clear about my lifelong calling to ministry. It was to a ministry that is best suited to someone who has been around awhile and has weathered well-enough the tides of loss and renewal, along with the joys of love - for me this includes marriage, parenting and caregiving - and as an executive where work is, as Khalil Gibran says, Love Made Visible.
My calling was to Interfatih Chaplaincy and Spiritual Direction.
Yes, it has been the most amazing and spiritual and materially fulfilling journey!
Yes, I had to give up a lot to take this path. My marketing and business career, some health (back now!), some friends and family members who could not bear to see or support me in this new manifestation. I even lost my sense of home.
Now, my spiritual practices have knit back a new life that is strong and more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Out of gratitude, I share this with you.
My book-in-progress called "Answering the Call" is part of that love story. Follow along the path as I will tell some of the love story online and through the documentary film I am making with my 100 year old father, The Dad Project: It’s Never Too Late.

Since I started seminiary in 2017, I have mainatained an almost every day morning practice. In the Anglical and Catholic tradtions, priest would keep a Morning Office.
These days I am participating in the Clubhouse based Miracle Morning practice.. Hosted by Brianna Greenspan and based on the 2012 book by Hal Elrod, this is a secular approach to paying attendtion to what matters daily. The practice is based on "Habit Stacking" the "SAVERS" - Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading and Scribing (Journaling)
This is a practice that support any faith or spiritual tradition, or none.
Since my early 20's I have been a yoga student. I have a daily practice of Sun Salutations. My commitment to myself is to at least once a day do 1, 3, 5 or 10 of the flow sequences as self care.
